anyone writing the CPA reciprocity from Canada? Its the same test as the Reg. Wrote on 14th of November. Waiting for this damn thing is making me go bananas…..

Im assuming foreign ppl are the last ones to go up…or so i read somewhere

I was using Gleim and Wiley, I used the Borra CPA review. He is a local service provider in Baltimore. As far as last minute tips, my only advise is to make sure you are doing well on each MCQ topic. I found the Simulations relatively easy, and if you have been able to do well on the MCQ's for each section then you should do fine. If not bulk up on the topis you struggle with. Sorry can't be more help.

Congrats on your score. Just wondering, why are you waiting 6 months to take FAR? Are you busy with work? If I passed 3 exams, I'd try to pass the final one ASAP. Waiting until May 2013 would make me anxious haha.

I have heard of Borra but his classes are in Bethesda right? that's about 1.5hrs away from me. Did you find his class helpful, basically was it worth it?

@RJS – Yes he is very good, well worth it. He is actually in Baltimore, he teaches out of Notre Dame on North Charles street.

@Fearthebeard – Thanks for the encouragement. I put May in because I am taking Borra and his next class is in the spring. I am probably going to study and take a stab at it in February. He has committed to help me over the winter if needed but he does not hold classes over the winter.

Just stumbled across this lovely forum of anxiety and wanted to share my own. I'm waiting patiently for MD to release the last round of scores on 12/7 and crossing my fingers that I will never have to see Tim Gearty and Peter Olinto ever again. Nothing personal, guys.

Yay!!! Just got MD scores!!! freaking past FAR!!!!!!

Just to let everyone know, I was really scared because I got totally easy MCQ's- but I guess that doesn't always mean fail!!!!!!

Since there was an extended window for this window through December 8th. When do we think the targeted release dates for those scores will be?

@dougiedog – I think the tests between 11/15'ish and 11/30 are still supposed to be released 12/8. The extended exams will be released after that time. Probably the normal 6 business days after the last testing date. I'm guessing around the 16th or 19th.
