I just called NASBA, they said all scores have been released to the appropriate states barring the BEC section which can take longer. I tried to call the State of MD DLLR and they did not answer.
@Delsol – My understanding is that the AICPA and and NASBA are in charge of grading. NASBA releases the scores, and states that allow NASBA to release their scores can get their scores on the NASBA website using their NTS scheduling number. States that do not allow this, hold the right for review of scores. MD has this right, now MD also states on their website that they release the day they receive them from NASBA. It is my belief that the office gets overwhelmed and just does not post the scores, I don't know if it is a manual process or if the technology does not work as well, but NASBA has clearly released scores. MD is is somehow holding up the process.
