I took Audit on 08/28…

Hey guys. I took Reg on 12/8 in FL. The AICPA states that it releases scores 6 BUSINESS days after the final day of the testing window. 12/8 was the final day, so that would put us at Monday, 12/17. But, most of the time scores are released a day early, so we could be getting them on Friday, Dec 14 which would be awesome. I doubt we will get them today or tomorrow, but that would be amazing.

I hate that they make us wait for so long after we've already been through weeks/months of grueling preparation and then the stress of the actual exam. To add days/weeks of agonizing anticipation after that just isn't right! I swear, we're all aging 5+ years by taking this exam. And we have to go through it a minimum of 4 times, once for each section.

I'm DONE!!!!!!!!

Took AUD 12/05. I hope scores will be out today. Someone posted in the past that Oct. window was extended to Sept. 8 and the scores came out on Sept. 12. Hopefully, the same will be for the Dec. extension.

@SELAcpa – I got excited, nervous and wanted to throw up at the same time when you posted about your previous Extended Window experience and predictions of the current Extended Window…

Based on my previous experiences of not passing sections my first try, I am not expecting to pass BEC my first shot, but I can't help but get my hopes up at the chance of being done with the CPA Exam forever!!

Also took BEC on 12/6, in RI and waiting 🙁

@phall stil waiting. Maybe mine is help up b/c I was originally scheduled to take it when Hurricane Isaac hit and shut down the testing center. I couldn't get it rescheduled in the extended window so had to take it this window.

@Ieatcrawfishlikeayankee, I love your username. I am in Louisiana also and my husband is from Utah. When we were first married everytime we got crawfish I would eat them fast and my poor hubby was really slow (eating them like a yankee). He would end up not getting very many so he made me start getting it in separate sacks and I wasn't allowed to touch his crawfish!

@ieatcrawfishlikeayankee – I definitely think you have a good shot. As I assumed, I was weaker in IT and the writing section, but stronger in Operations Management and Strategic Planning which helped me, everything else was comparable. I'll keep checking back in, hopefully will hear good news from you!

@bnrhilton-in college at LSU, me and my firends would go to George's when they had all you can eat for like 3 hrs. I'd be 2-3 trays behind all my friends at the end of the night and after that happened 2 or 3 times, they'd make fun of me telling me “You eat crawfish like a yankee.” I've just accepted the fact that I'm slow with crawfish; I also like to get the meat in the claws if it is a bigger crawfish, so that slows me down too.
