Mine was updated at 8am PST time for California – Didn't pass… I am obviously sad, but it was my first exam, I am a bad studier, and I can learn from this. I'm changing my study approach for the rest. I refuse to fail any more.

@Fatma: key is doing MCs over and over again. I studied with Becker and the ones I get wrong I print out and I keep doing them until I know them. The last few days before the exam, do less MCs and re-read the book and/or your notes and try to really understand the concepts. No point in doing too many SIMs, they are all different anyway.

And don't just focus on Tax, study the business law section as well.

74 FAR in CA. It feels like a punch in the stomach….but no time to feel sorry for myself. Already sent the application back in to the state and I'll be taking it again come early January. This messes up my schedule, guess I have to push AUD back a few months. Just hope to pass that before the changes in Q3 '13

Were there 26 multiple choice questions per section in BEC? I think that is what there were…

I know I guessed at 8 of them. If they are worth 1 point each and saying I missed all 8 that I guessed at, then I would have only gotten 70 from the multiple choice. So, they would have to hand-grade the essays.

I guess that is why I'm sitting here score-free.
