I know you guys loved the Q2 weekly countdowns so much…. so it'd only be right that we continue them for Q3. Hopefully this is the last score release countdown I participate in :).

As of yesterday… 4 WEEEEEEKKKSSSS!!!!!!! Good luck to everyone testing between now and Sept 10!

Good news is I'm in busy season and time will fly by. Bad news is I'm in busy season and if I don't pass far I will have to delay studying until next year.

I'm not sure if I want this score release to get here. I'm absolutely confident I passed AUD, which would leave me with one more exam…REG.

I'd say that this section has been the hardest to study for (burnout, wanting to be done, etc.). I have to get through the second half of my review course book and do my best to crank out 1500+ MCQs…all in about 17 days while working full time. It's another Hail Mary attempt, honestly. Just hoping that lightning can strike twice

On another note, since I'm testing on the 10th, do you guys feel as if I'll receive my score on the 19th? Essentially, I'm wondering if the prometric sends scores to the AICPA immediately after the exam or if they wait to batch process the scores once a day.

    Thoughts?

@CPAIN2K17 good luck to you love the countdowns haha. How did you do so well on AUD!? REG made sense to me but AUD is like a foreign language. Nothing is clicking for me.

Getting my first two scores back. AUD & REG. Hopefully I will be half way done.

@turbo yes you'll get the score the 19th, unless for some reason there was an issue sending your score, it should send immediately after you finish. I have taken two on the last day of the window and got it on the score release date for people testing that day.

@jt thank you! Audit was really easy to me, don't know why but the material just made sense. While I was going through it, I didn't feel that way but when I started reviewing it all kind of came together.

@turbosandwich I feel the same way as you, and I’m also taking REG on 9/10. I’m only 50% of the way through my materials too (and work full-time) so it doesn’t feel like it’s going to be enough time to review everything. Like you said, it’s going to be a Hail Mary, but I’m already mentally preparing to retake it in Q4. At least we only have to wait til the 19th for our score. The longer wait will suck if I retake it in Q4.

I also second CPAIN2K17, I’ve taken exams on the last day and always got my scores back on the first release date.

I've also tested on the last day of the window and received my scores on time.

I'm studying for (hopefully) my last one. Took REG in July and felt really good about it, but I also work in tax so all the simulations felt like things I understood. Now I'm studying FAR and I totally get the burn-out, DONE feeling. I'm struggling and wish I hadn't saved this huge section for last. Ugh.

@Karrie: I think that REG has content that isn't overly confusing or hard to grasp (at least to this point) unlike BEC which was like reading a foreign language at times. I also prepared for at least one retake, which I thought would be BEC.

Now that BEC is out of the way (hopefully forever), I'm VERY excited at the prospect that it could all be over come September 19th. Hopefully we could cram just enough knowledge in our brain to squeak out that 76.

@turbo I completely agree. The possibility of being done in less than a month is motivation enough to spend every minute possible studying until then. Good luck with the rest of your studying!

I just took Audit, and if I pass, I'll be done. I have no idea on how I did though. I had an hour and 20 minutes left on the clock, which makes me really worried that I didn't take my time enough. Did it seem like a short test to anyone else?

I took Audit in January so before the new exam, but I had over an hour remaining when I hit submit. Audit is one of those you know it or you dont exams.

@Jigalo: Thanks, that makes me feel a little better. It's the first time I don't feel good or bad afterwards. The 19th can't come soon enough. Lol
