    I don't know why it's called the bubble, but it's a phenomenon with BEC where you get your grade a little bit later than release day if there's a delay due to a human needing to grade your WC.

    I have been told it means that you are on the verge of having a passing score, so they review your essays to determine if you will pass. Not sure if that actually happens, but that is what I have been told.
