@dethnode. I know it feels horrible right not but you can not give up!!!! I am 46 years old and graduated with my accounting degree in 1993. I took the test years ago (twice) and felt like an idiot because some people just do not understand this process. So I did not even attempt the exam again until this past May and I have now passed Reg and BEC. But, I let all of those years pass by and didn't even try. Please DO NOT DO THAT! You can do this. Hold your head high, you have accomplished a lot and you will get what you want!

I think I am part of a behavioral project or something????? Seriously another 74!!!!!

    AUD – 74, 77

    BEC – 73, 79

    REG – 72, 74, 87

    FAR – 68, 74!!!!!!! (retake 10/2014 or lose AUD)

How will this guy react if he keeps getting 74's……

@dpadgett I commend you for going back at it like this. My dad failed in the late 80s, on the cusp of provisional, and never went back. It's been tough getting mine and knowing that while he's immensly proud, he's also jealous. I wish he would have tried again.

ok, question, i know i missed at least 4 questions on something i would have gotten, if I had studied the day before the test, but i took that day off to relax before the test….

So here is my plan, reschedule for early October, before my new baby gets here in mid october, spend the next month, all out nuclear warfare studying and kicking BEC ass and test early next window….

    or….

take advantage of the full two month window and schedule late in november to get as much time as possible to study between now and retake…. keep in mind, this extra “time” will be interrupted by a new baby in the mix….

im leaning towards early retake, thoughts from anyone else???

    Passed BEC!!! 79

I thought that I barely passed it or barely failed it. Seems that I was sort of on the money.

    1/4 passed.. AUD you're next 🙂

@dethnode I think that studying is different for everyone but, personally, I think that studying for almost 3 months is too long of a time. Studying for longer than 2 months for a part makes it more difficult because you forget what you studied in the beginning. I would opt for choice #1

    FAR 81
    AUD 87
    REG 77
    BEC 8/16/14

@jbiele22 – did you get your BEC yet?

@deathnode – I was in the same boat. 74 in FAR last testing window then re-took and passed this window. I did a lot more SIMS, did MC's and made sure I understood why I was getting things wrong. It also helped that I re-read the Becker book. Good luck.

@phil: Uugggh. I am sorry to hear that. Hate those close but not enough scores too.
