At the risk of sounding stupid, I did not know that I could get my score from NASBA (I am in Texas) before I got it from the Texas state board. A buddy told me yesterday. I was able to get my score: BEC 84. Pphheww! Whoo-hoo! Praise the Lord! Actually, I still haven't received an e-mail from the Texas state board nor does their website show that I have passed.

For those as uninformed as I was:

1) Go to https://nasba.org/exams/cpaexam/.

2) Choose your state.

3) Look for the heading Online Scores.

4) Click on Get Your Online Scores.

5) It asks for your Section number (you can get this from your NTS) and your birthdate.

6) It tells you which exam you took, which day you took it on, and your Advisory Score.

I didn't like the look of the words “Advisory Score.” But, I guess that's the way they style it. Perhaps, it's not official until your state board says it's official.

Hope this helps those who are on pins and needles.

Ok, I'm one of those crazy people (maybe the only crazy person) who waits to look at their scores so they don't get falsely de-motivated for either a pass or a fail!! Both depression & hyperness make me unable to focus!!!!! SOOOOO I PASSED BOTH FAR AND BEC THIS SUMMER!!!! HAAAALEEELUUUJAAAAAAH!!! 3 down, 1 to go. Let's do this.
