Had to use a bite guard last night because the night before I ground my teeth so badly my gums are inflamed and my cheek is chewed up. This stress finds new ways to get me each time:)
I follow @NASBA on Twitter and when we get close to release dates, I set it to send me notifications to my phone. Last time I sat, I got the tweet at 5pm (EST) on the Friday before the ‘official' release date. That night I found this forum, which really helped. I tried to go to bed at 1am but when my dog woke me up at 1:30am, I checked again and my score had come in. I'm going to try a similar approach this time, though NASBA's ticking me off by tweeting stupid things in the meantime haha. Also, last time my husband was working overnight and I was on my own, but he'll be home tonight so I'm hoping the company helps (and I'll have a shoulder to cry on if I need it)!
