I am assuming I am probably borderline score for AUD. I still haven't received my score here in Texas. 🙁 I don't mind waiting if it means I pass! Anyone else without an AUD score? I think I did well on the questions…the SIMS were tough for me. I think I might of over analyzed what they were wanting/asking.

Thanks! And of course we should make a study plan to get FAR out of the way and finally become CPAs. I already scheduled FAR for 11/30 because as it gets closer, it's really hard to find a seat for the end of the testing window. Make sure you do it as soon as your NTS comes.

Sorry for all who did not make it this time. You only fail when you quit, as long as you keep trying, eventually you'll pass.

This forum is so awesome; it's like a second house for me to find strength to keep going.

General advice:

Please do not BS in the WC if you can because it can save you once you fall into borderline. I'm 100% sure that it's my WC that pushed me to the right side of 74.

Congrats to all those who passed you really deserve it. I know I did not pass and I knew that I was pushing the test date really hard to get in before the end of the testing window. Had a little meltdown yesterday and am back to slay the BEC Beast in October, Thanks for the words of encouragement and I will slay it the next window.

Ok – I broke down and finally called the California Board of Accountancy to check the status of my score and this is what I was told:

1. BEC scores can take up to an additional week to release due to additonal analysis required. (My interpretation of this is that some lucky individuals are selected for human review of thier memos)

2. California scores are only released once a day – in the morning

3. “A delayed score does not mean you are borderline. I've seen 74s, 77s and 93s released later”

This sucks balls, but at least I got some information, Thought I'd pass it along in case anyone else is in this situation (now or in the future).

@ddrumm when are you planning to retake? I am looking at probably 10/18. Jumping right back on the horse tonight. It was nice having my life back for a couple of weeks while waiting on my score but I am going to KILL BEC this time. NO MERCY!!!!

I only studied 3.5 weeks this time around because I pushed back REG. And to be honest, I was a little burnt out. But now, I'm just pissed and I will take it out on this test!!! I can promise you that!!!!

I got my score 1 hr ago, and I had a panic attack before actually looking at the score!

I got 75! I passed the beast called BEC!

I will schedule FAR at the end of November, I have only 2 shots left for FAR until AUD expires at the end of January.

Congrats to all that have passed! I believe the WC really pushed me over the edge. Every time I failed BEC I did well in the MQ but weaker on the WC. So this time I tried my best to do a better job on the WC, and I got a 75!

I am in tears!
