Once I switched to Roger everything was making more sense. Also incorporate Wiley testbank, NINJA notes, and NINJA audio. I believe the audio made all the difference in the world.

Started sitting in May 2002, on and off. But since 2008 I've been nonstop and my scores are....
    AUD - 39, 48, 56, 65, 68, 73, 76!!! (Finally passed in Oct 2011!!!) Becker, NINJA, & Wiley
    REG - 75 (Lost Credit) 72, 68, 73, 75 (Passed again in Aug 2011) Becker, NINJA, & Wiley
    FAR - 65, 68, 75 (Lost Credit) 68, 73, 73, 80 (Passed again in May 2012) Roger, NINJA, & Wiley
    BEC - 65, 68, 71, 72, 72, 71, 76 (Lost Credit)- 70, 76!!!! I AM DONE!!! - Roger, NINJA, & Wiley
After 10 long years of studying, I AM DONE!!!! Finally a Licensed CPA in the State of New York!!

@nvgold – I don't feel like I do anything over and above what most people on here do. I do use Becker – listen to every lecture, do all homework, write notes for each chapter plus write my own flashcards, do progress tests, read over the NINJA notes a few times. I print out the questions I keep getting wrong as well as the troublesome SIMS to review again. Take both practice exams and print any of those questions that confused me. Then I take either the whole day before the test off of work or at least the morning of the test day for one last final review of as many things as I have time to look at.

To me, I think it does help if one is good at test taking. I have always been fairly good at cramming for MC tests and reading questions carefully (an absolute MUST with these exams). I absolutely hate going into an exam feeling unprepared. While I am pretty good at writing, the WC of BEC does scare me as I don't feel like I am a good essay test taker and need more time to formulate my thoughts than BEC exam will give me. We'll see.

    FAR - 92 (4/27/12)
    AUD - 96 (7/17/12)
    BEC - 92 (8/30/12)
    REG - 91 (11/12/12)

I'd like to know how much $$$$ jomarie has spent over this 10 year journey on exam registration fees. You are truly an inspiration to those who face struggles and adversity attempting to overtake the CPA–well done jomarie!

    hi everyone-

I am waiting for FAR score for the August 21/22 release date. On average, when is FAR released on release day? Is it usually the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, test they release? Further, can we expect FAR on August 21 (Jeff's estimated date), or the 22nd (if they take more than 1 day to release scores which it seemed they did this last go-around).

I am boarding a flight to Italy on August 21st and want my score SO BADLY before the flight takes off. I don't know if I can be without my refresh button for the 9 hour flight!!!

    B 71, 74, 84*
    A 74, 72, 69, 74, 87*
    R 80* ... lost credit... 82* done forever!!!
    F 68, 68, 74, 78*

Yep, I've gotten five 74's! Wah!

@jacquelyn It's really a crapshoot. There's no writing portion like BEC to be graded, so unless you're borderline close, there's really no reason for them to delay releasing.

    I'm also waiting on FAR – 486 – IL. Here's hoping it's only 11 more days!

Anyone else STILL waiting? KY hasn't updated their system since Monday…I dont understand. Big sigh. Their hours say 8:30am…maybe there is still a chance it will show up today. :'(

    AUD 85 (2/12) Using Becker
    FAR 81 (5/12)
    BEC 79 (7/13)
    REG 85 (10/1)

@Jacquelyn, the order of the exam releases is different every time. I'm hoping FAR will come out first too.

    BEC - 8/27/2012 - 85
    AUD - 10/5/2012 - 72....rematch 1/3/13 (waiting)

Passed w/ 79! OMG…that was just torture. KY posted sometime between 8:30 and 9am. (though I seem to be the only KY here) I made myself sick…when I saw there was info on the screen I covered the score, I have to prepare mentally to look. Then I looked at the first # only and thought I was going to be sick. Took me a few minutes to convince myself to look. Wow that was awful.

I left BEC feeling the best I had after any exam. Actually after AUD & FAR I was near tears, and with FAR was certain I failed. This process is so ridiculous and there is no making sense of it! I'm so glad to be in a place where other people know what I'm going through.

    AUD 85 (2/12) Using Becker
    FAR 81 (5/12)
    BEC 79 (7/13)
    REG 85 (10/1)
