I don't know if you'd call it “confirmed” but that's what NASBA told me when I called. The rep I spoke with said that their goal was to release the extended window scores with the regular wave 3 scores on the 11th. They did not indicate they would HOLD the wave 3 scores, but would grade the extended window scores faster, which shouldn't really be an issue since they know what you score immediately.
However, the thing that bothers me about NASBA is their reps never sound like they're sure about anything. It's possible the extended window testers will have to wait longer, but it's absolutely confirmed that their official release date is the 11th so scores will begin to be loaded the day before which is Monday.
