O MAN The Score Release is even worse this time!!! I didn't realize how much more stress there would be when you are waiting on your last score!!! AAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
@ I love numbers! – I'm in the very same boat as you. Took BEC on Aug 18 and I'm in TX. I'm hoping scores will be there on Monday Sept 10 but it will probably be the 11th as slow as TX is! I really want to be done this time!
@quartercpa…… they announced that scores will be delayed this quarter becuase of the extended window?? i was really hoping we would have by Friday the 7th
@twest – Yes you're right…but I am hoping TX will start seeing scores over the weekend! I have received weekend scores (for AUD and my first attempt at BEC in May…)….here's to hoping!
@ihatestudying – I think that they were probably looking at the official test date projection….and not Jeff's predicted date….so I think the 7th is still on…
Did anybody call NASBA to find out if they will postpone the score release? I don't want to get my hopes up for Friday and have to wait till Tuesday….I will go nuts.
I don't think the date will change due to the extension of the testing window. However, the AICPA did release conflicting dates about score release. A blog they posted back in June said 9/10 and their website says 9/11. They start releasing scores the day before their posted date, so that's why the NINJA predictions are always the day prior to the AICPA released date. I e-mailed the AICPA yesterday to see which date was correct and am awaiting their response. I started the following thread yesterday and will post there once I hear back from them…
However, Jeff still thinks it will be 9/7 no matter which date the AICPA says is correct. I hope he's right but I'm certainly not getting my hopes up for Friday if the AICPA says it's the 11th.
This score release, as opposed to last time, Im not scared or anxious. Because this time, Im expecting a fail for BEC because it is a disgusting exam.
Only question is, is it true that BEC is last to be released because of the WC?
Man, last time was much more crazy in terms of my nerves. I was so hoping I'd pass AUD because I thought I did, but the SIMS killed me unfortunately. Now im studying for AUD again and hoping to pass in October.
I've been around for several score releases now, and there's no way to know which section they'll release first. It's usually a different one every time.
@ David – A large majority of BECscores come out at the same time the other sections do. However, if your score is borderline it will be a few extra days as the WC has to be manually graded.
I've never been so happy to be away from home and in the middle of nowhere. I spent this past weekend not checking this site 20 million times a day. Thing will change come tomorrow night, but wayy more zen now that I've been less connected. I hope this release is quick and painless for everyone. 100% pass rate ftw???
Hoping and praying for good results for REG this Friday. Exam was tough, and I really don't know what to expect. Really hope I can say I'm done though.
