2013: stomach can't handle release of professional licensure score

I totally understand being physically ill. I'm personally not, but I can't imagine the level of stress I'd have if my 18 month window is on the line and I'm at risk of losing an exam.

@wizards8507 – I know I won't get my score until tomorrow and I am physically breaking a sweat just thinking about it. It's possible dude. I wouldn't be surprised if I became ill in the wee hours of the morning while waiting.

@ wizards. My job depends on it. Literally. They demote you or let you go after 18 months if you can't pass all 4 parts. They give you 10K and 12 weeks paid leave to get it done.

@benkdevries, nope, IL sends no notification. They don't even update their homepage until after they post the scores, so don't rely on that. Watch this thread and just login to ILBOA to keep checking. Good luck!

Yes wizards8507, some of us are nervous people. Some of us actually do get physically ill because of scores. It's a test of my nerves to wait. If I found out I failed, I'd see it and deal with it and be fine. However, the wait is not something I can handle.

I work in non-profit accounting, so I get nothing if I pass other than the opportunity to update my email signature and get new business cards. Oh – and I am going to make myself a shirt that says CPA in big, sparkley letters and where it to downtown Cleveland when I pass. And I'm going to buy a bottle of Dom Perignon to consume in one sitting.
