My planning a vacation in November depends on my 8/17 FAR score. Basically, I'll have a breakdown if I plan a trip and then discover I have to take FAR again and still have BEC lingering. My goal is to be done by November. I would have never imagined how many ways an individual could be psychologically tortured by a test lol.

    AUD - 8/12/16
    REG - 10/7/16
    BEC - 11/18/16
    FAR - TBD

#300before30 - Pass the CPA exam before my 30th Birthday.

I have really enjoyed this summer. I haven't studied all summer. 1st in 5 years. My kids have really enjoyed having me fully connected. I fear though that I'm going to be studying once more the 17th of August. All I have is Audit left. My FAR expires August 31st and Reg. expires Oct. 31st. I want to say win, lose or draw I'm done. But I know that if I fail this one I have to give it one more shot. I think I can extend my FAR expiration. Anyone from Alabama know what I need to do to get this done?

    Thanks,

We are now less than 3 weeks away from the score release, hope our wait will be rewarding! Just thinking about the fact that i will have completed all 4 sections by Aug 17th is beyond happiness. But whenever thinking about the opposite result my heart drops..It really is an emotional roller coaster… On the score release day I'm contemplating whether I should go on a vacation with my wife so the waiting wouldn't be so brutal, and wishing to celebrate at the hotel!

The waiting game for the score is killing me. I am taking a break right now-took REG a couple of week ago, and will start studying for FAR toward the end of Aug. I am playing games with myself, like if I get a passing score for AUD, then there is a chance I passed REG. If I fail AUD, there is no way I passed REG and then I am no where closer to this than I was in January..Ugh!

I took my AUD retake back in May and this wait is rough. I figured taking a couple months off to enjoy summer would take my mind off of it..Nope. It doesn't help that where I am, it basically rained all of June and most of July. Now I find myself trying to study BEC. I forgot how much I hated this topic. August 17th can't come soon enough. At least its something to look forward to/dread. Good luck all. Especially those waiting on final scores.

September 22 seems SOOOO far away for the Q3 scores. I took FAR on 7/19 and I really wish I felt better one way or another about the test. I honestly feel it could go either way, which seems to be the worst part about it. If I knew I bombed it, then at least I could prepare for it again. With that being said I lost my AUD credit yesterday, and I think I am going to just bite the bullet and study for FAR again just incase so when the score does come out I can try and take FAR again in early October. If I somehow passed from the 7/19 FAR then I am done with all 4, but who the heck knows.

I love how the scores for Q2 and Q3 are 2+ months, but if you take the test in late November you will find out quickly, makes no sense to me. I understand Q2 but they should be able to get faster like they were, especially non-BEC exams.

    AUD - 92
    BEC - 79
    REG - August
    FAR - TBD

@tskits75 On the bright side, you only have to wait until 9/19 for your score!

Thanks @brokeonbecker4, I must have been looking at an old post by AICPA.

Has anyone else had either Exam or score release nightmares? The other night I had a bad dream that I was back in the exam room taking FAR and not having any idea what the stuff was talking about on the screen. It was aweful.

@tskits75 I've had many of those nightmares. It's terrible. Currently waiting on FAR and AUD from Q2 and BEC from early July. I take REG a couple days before Q2 score release, and it's been killer not knowing if the way I'm studying is working. I know I should be pretending like I passed the other 3 until I take REG, but I can't help getting nightmares about getting a 0/2 August 17th. *shudders*
