I passed 3 sections and came very close to passing REG. I was strong in MCQs and weak in Simulations. My FAR credit will expire on 9/9/17. Can we request the State Board to extend FAR credit so that I can retake REG without losing credit for FAR? I just got the results today. I think I can retake REG within a month.

    Any suggestions?

@Hannah1990 as long as your testing center sends your test results promptly and the AICPA receives it by the 11th, you should still get your scores on the 19th. If not, it'd be on the 25th. I'm taking mine on the 10th as well.

@nagip what state are you in? Every state is treating that situation differently, but now that you have your score back, I'd contact them immediately and ask.

93 on FAR! I feel like I'm not getting as excited as I should because I am seriously dreading getting BEC score on Monday night.

@oreoblast ,did you study only Becker's ? Do you feel Becker's SIMs prepared you for actual exam SIM ? going by your score I believe so.Do you mind sharing how you handled the multi email SIM ro DRS ?

@sallyCPA ,even though you missed by 1 points ,don't you feel you did very good in context of first time on uncharted water ?

@wannafree unfortunately no lol…I did not feel really comfortable with any of the sims and I think I ended up getting lucky on several of them. Even though I got a 74, I still feel uneasy about retaking in such a short period of time. I think the biggest thing I will look at are adjusting JE's to f/s…

@@SallyCPA , I have spoken to many people and those who just took the exam in q3. It's not difficult like Q2.

    @wannafree,

I was surprised to learn that you did not make it and you should be one of the few who deserve to pass because of your commitment and helping others in sharing information and knowledge.

Hey y'all! Question to all of those who passed Audit and FAR (Congrats by the way!).

I'm taking Audit on August 31st and the last two tries ended with a 71 and then a 74 (back in Jan 2017)..

I have CPA Excel material that I'm doing the MCQ and watching the main lectures. Is there anything you would recommend to supplement that can help boost my score?

For FAR, if there is any tips on scoring well on it please post them as I plan to take it in November.

    Thanks!

Passed FAR and AUD, waiting on BEC. Stronger on SIMS and comparable on MC for both. Took three exams in Q2.

Any advice on tackling REG, I'm finished with the Becker material and about to start Mock #1.

    FAR – 81
    AUD – 86
    BEC – waiting
    REG – taking on 8/31
