    Hi Guys,

I applied for the CPA exams in CA and I got approved. Then I have to choose which section I want to sit for the exam to get the payment coupon. So I choose BEC and REG because I don’t want to choose all 4 and make myself go crazy.

But then I read the email the CA board sent, they said:

“Upon approval, NASBA will provide you with a Payment Coupon and information regarding the payment of the fees for the selected sections. Once payment has been made to NASBA, additional exam sections may not be added to the ATT. A new application to the Board, including payment of the reapplication fee is required.”

I’m going to pay to get my NTS but I just wondering: so if I want to take FAR and AUD later on next year, do I have to reapply again? I’m so confused. Do I have to pay application fee again? that’s not fair, right? I’m already eligible to sit for the exam. Why would I have to pay application fee again?

    Please help.

    Thanks

Yeah, you'll have to submit another application through your CBA account. Its only $50 for each one after the initial $100 application fee. You are basically applying for a new NTS each time.
