This is my first scores release! I was told the scores are released at 6am on the cba.ca.gov website under status! But it is 630 and I cant find any scores? Am I looking in the wrong place? Or is CA running late with releasing scores?

    Thanks!

I called the CA CPA Board and they are facing some technical issues – they said most probably it will get released tomorrow or later today.

Unfortunately California's sever only connects to NASBA's in the morning, so it will almost certainly be at least tomorrow now.

The board's website is super slow. They haven't been in the office most of July apparently … geez.

I am with @Claudia and I am not really in a hurry to see my score either.

Just called the CBA and they confirmed the delay. They said something about not receiving the scores from NASBA due to an “IT problem.” Didn't sound like it was going to be solved anytime soon but they told me to continue checking my account and to expect them by tomorrow morning at the latest.

Following is the announcement in their home page:

Due to unexpected HVAC system failures at the CBA office, which forced the CBA to close numerous times in July, there are delays in the processing of examination, licensing and renewal applications. Thank you for your patience as we work to resume our normal processing.

What makes it worse is that I am waiting for my BEC score. Hopefully I am not in the bubble.

I freaked out when I saw the ‘No Credit' the first time I logged in. Them when I saw that the scores were not updated, I thought I was on the bubble. Only after I checked here & FB,I realized that CA scores have not been released yet.

I can't STAND how CA's entire exam process is so archaic. It was obvious yesterday that they did not have the data from NASBA to release, they don't make an announcement? There is no reason in 2016 that this sort of thing should happen. The CBA is a trainwreck and I don't understand how it never improves.

I guess they thought that this announcement in their home page is enough for us poor souls:

Guys forgive my ignorance but what exactly does it mean to be in the bubble? I'm assuming it means that you're right on the line of pass/no pass but how would you know this? I'm new to all of this but aren't the exams computer-graded?

Every part of the exam process, except showing up to Prometric because that is not state run, is a joke. I make sure to express those feelings in the post exam survey every time. @dvscpa – amen. Crap ton of taxes but it takes a month plus to get scores through a portal that hasn't been updated in years.
