Mddgdaddy, the thing is I hardly ever get anything out of lectures. I basically have to learn things on my own as I have a short attention span. Do you think it is still worth it to purchase Becker? Is the material in the books different for his courses compared to Roger?

@DingDing, I sure do hope so, because I took BEC 7/22 and my score is not showing up yet!

I used Becker for FAR and WTB for all other sections. I'm using Ninja MCQ for my 2 retakes. I personally don't think Becker is worth the money. If someone else is buying it for you, then, sure, go for it. But, if you're buying it yourself, use the Ninja MCQ's. They are the same questions as they all use the licensed AICPA questions. Then, use the free resources to make sure you aren't just memorizing questions. Becker's lectures are basically reading the book. Not all that helpful and any mnemonics you learn in Becker, you can get in the study groups here.

@NicoleL- I am doing the same!! I have not gotten mine yet!! I can not believe the scores haven't been released! All my other tests were the day after NASBA state release early in the morning!….

@DingDing I hope so too! this is driving me crazy and I REALLY hope that because it is past 8AM and they are not out yet, that we do not have to wait another day!

@smoothjazz I called ILBOA this morning and they said there were approx. 100 scores that did not come through properly and they were manually inputting those this morning. They told me they hoped this would be completed by noon-ish.

I don't know what roger is but I have ADD. I watch the lectures which they break down

but the best learning comes from doing the multiple choice questions and simulations.

Does ADD have different problems than the Wiley test bank? I definitely need to practice more simulations as I just push that aside and worry about the MCQs before the exam.
