This board is becoming like my new home…I’m so grateful there is a place where I can hear about other peoples’ experiences.

A couple more areas of advice that I’d like to hear about from all of you experienced folks:

1. How heavily are bond transactions tested AND are the questions as rough as the ones in the Becker FAR review?

2. On a less important note, does anyone else get really angry when they fail the homework horribly? I know I can’t be the only one! Any techniques for not wanting to throw the computer as you’re working through seemingly impossible problems?

@jim – Bonds are definitely tested on FAR. I had a handful of multiple choice questions and a simulation on bonds. I would become really familiar with the journal entries. Once you really understand the journal entries, I think you'll be able to back into some of the answers.

When I get frustrated I generally just move on to the next topic and come back to the frustrating section the next night. Its hard to get anything accomplished while frustrated and I feel like I have a clear mind the next time I attempt it.
