NY 487 BEC…no friggen score…..i guess this means borderline…and majority of the time it seems that it doesnt end up a borderline pass……i need to start studying for FAR, or re-study for BEC..unfortunately without my score, i dont know which to do…. anyone know how long it usually takes for the borderliner scores to release?

Lets say we are all borderline, even though you said you saw a 75 posted which is really weird.

Assuming we are borderline, what are the average responses? Are there usually more passes or fails? What are usually the lowest and highest scores?

i have no idea…i would have guessed that 75-77 would be borderline on mc so they had to grade wc's manually…but someone received their 75…..unless they basically aced the mcq's so there was no need to borderline it..? idk…

FYI I just checked back to last score release. BEC scores were released on Friday and those that were held for additional grading didn't go out until the following Thursday afternoon.

FAR - 71, 75
AUD - 63, 69, 77
BEC - 61, 76
REG - 65, 81 DONE!!!

Hi everyone, I took BEC back on July 9th and I had no score at the release date. It turns out the borderline theory is correct.. I got my score the Thursday after the release date and passed and got in the high seventies! But it probably does mean that if your score is not out by tomorrow, they are taking a little extra time to review your writing. Most people that were waiting were in the 72-78 range.

@wsurfers..,at least its a glimmer of hope…still feel like chances are slim for passing now..

anyone know if still releasing scores tonight or is this it….should i check back in a week for my borderline fail?

Should we really be that discouraged that were definitely going to fail for sure?

I mean I remember for example Jomarie was waiting a while back for her BEC score and she had to wait for the second wave borderline releases and she ended up passing.

I mean, if its up to the WC to save us, im pretty sure we will pass if were confident in the WC, right?

yes..i think if you did good on wc's you will probbaly pass….but i already wasnt confident in them since i bs'd them…so if my whole score is relying on them, i dont feel good about it

I just want to know my score, they should be way more efficient. If they know BEC has this issue with borderlines, they should grade them in advance, as opposed to the other sections.

I am hoping this is a borderline issue for me and not just a case for delayed score bc of other reasons like the extended test date.

I would rather have a borderline pass than a not even close to borderline fail, which is what I was expecting and scared to get.

Borderline pass possibility may be giving me false hope 🙁

most of the people that passed bec and got the score today had 80+, havnt seen any 70s at all in bec…….
