i went through the whole wiley book and was feeling confidentin my scores on the questions at the end of each chapter. however, i just did the 3 testelts of 30 questions each practice test in the back of the book and only got a 65%…now i feel not confident at all. maybe i was doing good on the chapter questions because i remembered the questions and not so much that i knew the material..? is 65 bad or should i feel decent about that being my first practice test with all new and different questions?

i may have to get the wiley test bank.. thoughts?

My only words of wisdom – you can't do too many MCQ. Period. Make sure you read all of the answers and understand why the wrong answers are wrong in addition to why the right answer is right.

The CD version of Wiley allows you to take focused test (ie, test by category). That helped me determine my weaker areas so I could focus my time there. I'd go for it.

I'm also using the Wiley book. I found I was doing ok when I was studying and focusing on just a single module. However, when all modules were tested, as is the case with the sample testlets, I was not as strong. I realized I was not READING the questions well enough which caused me to select the wrong answer. I needed to slow down a bit and really determine what the question was referring to. My scores have improved a good deal just from taking more care in reading.

Working with the online test bank helps a lot. I agree working as many mcq questions helps to reinforce the concepts.
