The thing is that in Texas you might as well have a master's with the 150 hour requirement to sit for the exam. Luckily I was grandfathered in because I had the 150 hours and all the accounting and business but still needed extra hours in just anything. So I got my extra hours at a community college taking random real estate courses after I had received my Bachelors. In Texas now you can't get your extra hours by attending a community college anymore. So I got really lucky that I got grandfathered in.
