I have no idea. I went to a wedding in Austin and there were many bearded men there. Actually, one guy showed up with hair down to his butt, a beard down to his chest and was wearing dress pants, a silk vest and a tie…no shirt…it was the oddest thing! We tried to name them lumberjack names but ran out of names before people. It was our entertainment. I guess anything is funny when you are on your 4th glass of red wine!

@akb9874 we could be friends for sure…that is totally something me and my friends would do! Yesterday's discussion was naming a metal chicken that me and a friend of mine are each going to get….we were referring to this blog–https://thebloggess.com/2011/06/and-thats-why-you-should-learn-to-pick-your-battles/

We've decided that we will each have a huge metal chicken in our yard….

Megan, congratulations – only one more to go!!!!!

Keeptrying – Again, I'm sorry about BEC, but your son should be so proud of how strong you are.

By the way, I'm in Houston too. We should have a party when everyone here passes.

Keeptrying; I recommend you nail AUD first. I used Becker the second time and just stick to it. You will pass it, get a boost, having only one part to nail, and you will take BEC and will nail it and will be a CPA!!!! I will pray for you.

McPassoon. You still waiting for BEC on PR??? I was in the 44rs, I gess that’s why I got the score so early. I hope you pass it an become a CPA.

Herbert 7868, Hi. I saw your picture. Looks like you are taking the oath. Congratullations!!!

Back to studying for REG for the retake. This is so unfair, having passed the four parts and still not be a CPA….

REG 78 August 2009, lost it, Retake August 2011

    FAR 75 April 2010

    AUD 66 Nov 2010 , 95!! Feb 2011

Yes I still waiting; I dont think I have any hope; the oasis change yesterday, therefore now I can apply for BEC again!

Anyways, I am trying to decide what to do. I used Wiley in the last three tests, I guess, I don't even remember anymore and I use Becker's in the first try….

What you were using for BEC?

I think I will going with Becker's just to change it, and get a different view. I will also use the MCQ's for Wiley though…

    Thanks for asking!

I think I need an attitude adjustment. When I see people pass really easy I get jealous and angry! I am super happy for all those that did pass but I just mad…I guess at myself for not doing better or being smarter. I am studying BEC now and I hate it! There are so many formulas and so much random stuff. UGH!!!

    MQcpasoon and Keeptrying:

I used Gleim for BEC all the way the 2nd and third time. The first time I used Lambers and it was the worst mistake of my life. For AUD I used Becker the second time.

Now I am using Gleim to retake REG, But the first time I passed it with 78 using Becker. Now I don’t know if I should get Becker or Stick to my Gleim review for The REG retake.

REG 78 August 2009, lost it, Retake August 2011

    FAR 75 April 2010

    AUD 66 Nov 2010 , 95!! Feb 2011

@ricocpa- I used Becker for REG and passed each time I took it. I also have a background in tax which might help although on the actual exam I didn't feel like anything that was on the exam was something I had done before. I have used Gleim for AUD mainly and parts of BEC; I'm thinking I'm going to use Gleim the whole way this time and supplement with Becker as needed. I mean I love the lectures don't get me wrong they really help at points with Becker but I'm thinking a new approach is what I need for these two Achilles' heels! I have the Yeager Cram for AUD and I'll probably use that too…I'm just at a loss right now. I guess I need to just memorize everything…..
