Hey everyone, I had a question about score results. I have

not received my score results, although when I went to the

Maryland DLLR website, the one I use to register and

receive the NTS for exams I have not registered yet. In

the STATUS column it says “Passed Exam Part” For the AUD

section, the only section I have taken, and I took that

during the May/April Window. Can anyone who has passed in

MD tell me if this is what shows up for them on the same MD

DLLR website? I do not have a score there and did not

receive one yet in the mail, I should any day now, I didnt

want to get my hopes up.

I know I'm at least 10 pages late buhhht – CONGRATULATIONS ALLYSON! and, AND Way-To-Go everyone else with those passing scores you've been working so hard for…

That said, CPAchick3 and everyone else in a similar situation….

SHOULDERS BACK, CHIN UP and EYES FORWARD!

For those of you fighting this beast…. remember what “Dragline” (at about 5:02) said to “Cool Hand” when the going got really…really rough:

    “…GET MAD AT DEM EGGS!!!”

@MQcpasoon – When you pass the CPA exam in Puerto Rico, you will receive 3 different letters (one from the PR Board of accountancy, one from the PR state society and one from NASBA congratulating you). You will receive the ones from PR about 3-4 weeks after you pass. Then you will need to do all the process explained there to get certified as a CPA. It includes things such as creating your CPA seal stamp (basically the same as a lawyer's stamp), and going to “El departamento del Estado” (in Viejo San Juan) with all the papers required. You will receive your license number there and then you will go to the State society (Colegio CPA) with the approval from the state to inscribe you as a CPA member. A week or 2 after that you will have your CPA oath ceremony and receive the actual license and certificate. If you have any doubts later on, I will happily help you.

@CPAchic – I don't know if this will help you – but I had to pass two exams this last testing window or I would have lost Reg- took both in May – and passed; surprisingly passed BEC with only 3 weeks of studying. But I found a smart phone application that had flashcards. I typed these in and when I was stuck in traffic, at a doctors office, on the phone I would go through sections I typed in. I think typing my own flash cards based on multiple choice questions with helped me drastically. I've been working on this exam since 2007 so I'm so thankful I finally passed. Sometimes I think there's a lot of luck involved, lol.

@MatttheRiley,…I'm waiting for Oregon AUD scores. Spoke with the OBOA last week and sounded like they had timelines for everything – except AUD! Would expect you to see scores by the end of the week. Good luck!

    BEC - 89 (old exam)
    FAR - 89 (new exam)
