No FAR score yet. I was pretty calm about the whole test. Looks like you are a July test date so I would have at least 2 weeks of final review. The first week is rewriting notes of chapters you are not good at as well as hammer MCQs from that section. I had trouble with leases and bonds so I did that first followed by capital assets.

The last week is forcing yourself to continue to do MCQs though it feels worthless. The day before I was still calm with the night before going over GOES BARE / GALS BARE mnemonics from Becker in Chapter 9. I just couldn't grasp the concept and was still weak on test day though I forget if I had a question on that or not but it seemed important enough that I needed to have some basic knowledge to pull from.

Test day I got to the center early, read over my “final review” notes which were 3-4 pages of main things to not forget. Things like asset swaps with a boot, translation of financial stmts from a different currency, and other items. Walker in a gave it my best shot. I felt super prepared then took a beating so we will see if I came out on top.

So I don't know why I waited until now to start posting to this site..I read it all the time especially for score release. My CPA exam story is hopefully coming to a close, it's been an uphill battle. I had one baby when I started, now I'm at two! I'm going crazy for the next score release, every time I think I passed I failed and vise versa, you really never know until score time. Here's hoping for the best and not loosing credits!

BEC – 84 – Credit expires 4/30/2015 (tomorrow!)

FAR – 86

AUD – 73 – retake on 4/25/2015

REG – took on 4/6/2015

Also, is there anyone else out there sitting with less than 150 credits that has to go back to school once the tests are done? I'm not sure what classes to take.

I just want my score. I took the FAR exam on April 2nd. The crushing weight of nerves did not affect me until yesterday when we were a week away. Super prepared for the exam, did well on the becker final exams so I'm hoping I'm not an outlier!

When I was picking up things at Target this morning, my iPhone buzzed and saw it was an email from NASBA. Turns out it was only an email announcing the score release schedule. C'mon, NASBA, stop with the torture! Not a nice thing to do to us who have been through the wringer.

Clock of Doom? I'm sure they will. I know some people are aware of my opinions on it by now but I'll have to rehash them again once the clock goes up. I got passing scores by complaining about the Clock of Doom two times in a row now so I figure that must work 😉

Yeah my exam was originally scheduled for April 23 but then the 20th opened up and I hopped on it because I did not feel like waiting until May 27 to get my results I can't even handle two weeks

@motherof2…I had one more accounting class to take. I am with you…just waiting for my last test score to come out on the 5th. Felt good leaving the test, now my mind goes back and forth between passing and failing. It has as well been an uphill battle but this could be it!!

As for the class…I took an online class at Southern New Hampshire University for my last class. $960…easy as pie (no tests, just some written papers that are barely graded). I didn't have it in me to take another class at university…was completely fine taking a very easy online class to do as little work possible and receive a passing grade. Work plus these exams have taken everything out of me!!!

So far so good. Got caught up on a lot of TV and video games. Plus the stuff my wife had for me 😉

@Perlinator….Thanks! Good luck to you too! I was hoping to just take a class online. I'm with you, between working full time and having 2 young boys I don't know how or when I would have time to go back to a University.

@Gabe…Looks like you are going to be done very soon as well.
