golfballs, that happened to me the first time I took BEC. Checked the time and thought what the hell. Not a good idea. Didn't sleep all night and couldn't concentrate at work. Boss bitched me. If I'm up, I'll check and take a few shots to help the sleep. If I'm sleeping, I'll check in the morning. Won't change the grade either way.

I am out of town for work right now. I was in training for most of the day and was focusing maybe 75% of the time. After work I went to the mall, ate dinner, got my nails done and still am too wired to go to bed but I shall try. Good luck everyone!

^ from my memory – the last 4 times crashed – which is why I don't stay awake for it.
