When I checked my REG re-take score for CA this morning, I thought I was still half awake and something wrong with my eyes. Just double checked it again, and it’s ANOTHER 72!!! Despite probably another 100 hours spent on re-mastering the concepts and I felt much much more prepared going into the exam. I knew I did well on the MC section, but the sims was as wild as anyone could’ve guessed.

Upon reviewing the score report, I realized that I did have a lot of improvement (despite the score being the same). From my understanding the Content Area comparison of Weaker/Comparable/Stronger reflects on the entire exam. I improved 2 Weaker areas to Comparable, 1 Weaker + 1 Comparable to 2 Stronger while only 1 Stronger area slid down to Comparable. I received the same exact score as my 1st attempt, exact same score… Could anyone shed some light on how the Score Report should be interpreted?

The score report is a useless waste of time, IMHO. Whether your score was a 49 or a 74, you need to start over from scratch and study like its your first time, unfortunately.

When I had double 74's in Regulation, I studied the third time like it was my first time. I also focused on the areas that were my weakest based on my score report. Make sure that you take notes on your topics. Write down the concepts in your own words. Take notes on the questions. I think that a lot people do not realize how important it is to write their own notes.

Totally agree with Mia. You have to study this stuff from scratch as if you have never seen it before and pay no attention to the score reports.
