Hello everyone! I started with an accounting firm in Livonia, MI and we are having a Christmas party for the office on the 18th. We are also having something called the “White Elephant Gift Exchange” at the party. I hear that a lot of the CPAs bring in gifts that make fun of each other or that have humor to them. Others bring gifts that many want.

I’m looking for some gift ideas for my party. I’m leaning towards going with something funny but I’m not sure what. Does anyone have any ideas for what I can bring to the party? I just started working in October so nothing that is going to get me fired!

Really funny guys lol! But seriously I'm having a hard time figuring out what I should get. I want it to be funny but not too over the top considering that more likely than not we will find out what everyone brought to the gift exchange.

Go to Kohl's and see what they have in the gift sets along the outskirts of the clothing sections. Get one of those garbage little $10 sets no one ever wants where you maybe get a keychain, flashlight, nail clippers, etc.

At my first office Christmas party, we did white elephant gifts and I came home with a box of SpongeBob band aids and a hammer. Several people brought beer/alcohol and everyone wanted those gifts 🙂
