Congratulations to everyone passing tonight! It was a long wait, but well worth it. I truly never believed this journey would end, but here it is. God bless everyone embarking on this difficult challenge. Stick with it; the work will pay off eventually.
Here's what happened — 400-500 BEC scoresfailed to get transmitted because of an AICPA screw-up, according to the NASBA. NO NOTICE anywhere from either the AICPA or the NASBA or any of the state boards affected. The least the NASBA could have done is post an alert on the score news page instead of the usual all is well claptrap on 9/18. SERIOUSLY!! We are all paying customers who have not just invested a huge part of our lives into taking these tests, we have also paid a lot of money and should be able to reasonably rely on the promise of the industry authorities to do their part in treating us such. What a letdown. Almost makes you think twice about wanting to join a profession where this kind of behavior is acceptable. Somebody needs a wake-up call.
