I have seen the new score release timeline that denotes the 45 day cutoff- but I was wondering about the specifics. I took BEC today and I am trying to figure out: does my exam get sent to AICPA/NASBA today or does it take a couple days?

I know the score release timeline says its the day the your exam is sent to them, not the day you sat for the exam. Any insight on this? I just need an idea of when my score will be released – if it will be next week (21st) or if I have to wait til December….. Its kind of ambiguous though since its BEC and the scores might not be released exactly on target…. sigh.

Piggybacking off of this, what is the likelihood I will get my score since I am taking BEC ON the 15th at 4 PM? I'm thinking I won't be so lucky, but the language is kind of ambiguous in that it doesn't necessarily include any caveats for time frames.

    FAR 07/27/11 - 87
    AUD 10/01/11 - 85
    BEC 11/15/11 - 87
    REG 01/03/12 - 92

I think the confusion is what days do they count, do they mean all days in the week or the 5 business days? I thought it is 5 business days, so this Friday would be 35 days of the window, am I right? With all debits and credits info, i am confused..Can anyone clarify this?

Either way can't complain comparing to last summer I had to wait over a month for my scores..

oh now I am confused now.. lol. I was thinking 7 days a week. I thought maybe because testing is done 7 days a week that they would be including those as well. but I am not sure though on how they are calculating the days.

@MylifeisCPA I guess we find out next week..I am thinking since I am taking it on Friday and add 5 business days, I should have it the following Friday Nov. 25..Oopps forgot about Thanksgiving, so I am shooting more for Nov. 28-29. It would be nice to have it before Thanksgiving and a passing grade as thank you for all $$$ I spent on tests.

How do you check the score release anyway?

I believe that it is based on 7 days a week. On the last release everyone who had taken it by the 20th day (7 days a week) received their scores and those on the 21st day did not. I believe if you took the exam by 11/14 (there are 31 days in October) you will get your score next week. Else wise, it will be December. The deadline last score release was exact on dates.

kaaCPA- that is so funny, I did that with AUD last time too. I was supposed to take it the 21st and took it the 20th instead. The suspense of 2 weeks kills us!! LOL

I took the exam today, so i guess it's 12/7 for me to get results. Moving on to BEC anyway. I won't divulge much detail since we can't but I can't believe how much content was not tested. It seemed very narrow, maybe the luck of the draw. Not complaining at all. Just want a 75.1 !! Reg can be accomplished, just do a lot of MCQ's, the sims are tricky read every detail, dates dates dates etc, and use the research tool. Big help – the code is there, just read it.
