well i have a smaalll problem and i wish someone could help 🙂

am an international student and a California candidate so its not applicable for me to take the test internationally and i wanted to transfer to another state where i can take the exam internationally so i searched and found florida and colorado are the most common states where someone could take the exam internationally from,

so my question is (since both NASBA coordinators didn’t do me good),

what are the steps preciously i could take to register with any of these boards and transfer my credit from CA ?
