Transfer registration to another State for international?

    Hi everyone,

    I registered with New Hampshire over 5 years ago and passed two exams and now they are all expired 🙁

    Now I am thinking of picking up CPA again after living in the U.S. for 3 years (I am a Canadian and now live in Toronto).

    Since I am still unclear if I will move back to the US to get the license as of now, however it is a great option for the future just to have the certificate. I wonder if I should still stay with NH for now until pass all the exams first then transfer to another 2 tier state (If I can?)? Or I should re-apply and register at another state from fresh?

    What are the best states to register for international candidates who do not reside in the US anyway?
