CPA experience form sign off – Washington State

Any CPAs out there willing to sign off my experience form for Washington state. I am international candidate recently passed IQEX (REG) exam and going through reciprocal arrangement between CA Australia and AICPA.

Seems a touch shady to me.
In NY you need to work in the same organization. This is something that can easily be checked.
