Changing the NTS test location from Dubai to Germany

    Hey,
    I am an international CPA candidate for Colorado and live in Germany. I got the NTS for the regulation section. My NTS will expire on November 7th, 2018. I scheduled to take the REG section in Dubai on 11/07/2018 (the last day of the NTS). In October the NASBA has
    opened some test centers in Germany. Therefore, I would like to change my test location from Dubai to Germany? Has anyone some information about this issue? Is it possible to change the test location in this case? I could not find any information on the NASBA homepage.
    I tried to call 615-880-4250 but they are closed.

    I appreciate any help!
