I wasn’t sure where to post this, but I plan to submit my application within the next month in the state of WV. I’m married, and the application says I need to send in a copy of my marriage license. Are they asking for a regular copy, or do I need to track down an official copy from the court house?

I called the state board and found out that they just want a copy of the official marriage license, not an official copy. They want the page with your name on it. Also, they are getting ready to change the application. The new application should be available by January. I was told they are changing it so the initial application is a fee of $10, and once approved, you then submit the re-exam application along with $40 for each exam you want to sit for.
