Work Experience Verification

I worked for 3 years at a public accounting firm; however, I left to serve in the military prior to receiving my CPA. Now that I am back, and focused on my CPA, I need some help in getting my attest hours verified. I have the hours; however, I am no longer in contact with anyone at the firm. Since the forms have to be completed and signed by a CPA that you worked under can I simply send them to HR and presume that they will route them to the correct person(s)? Has anyone else found themselves in a similar situation. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I think first you should contact your related board what are their requirements, as I know for CA board if you are talking about attest hours they will ask for the supporting documents for the work you have done and also to appear in front of committee, in both case attest or non-attest HR or firm has to send them the signed forms as its standard for almost every state,,,

Yes, I spoke with them and there is separate package that the CPA that I worked under has to sign and complete attesting to the number of hours that I worked. Most of my hours are attest; however, the form also asks for accounting, tax, management advisory, etc. Perhaps I'll just reach out to PwC's HR group and see what they suggest. Thanks for the response Shawn, it's much appreciated.
