I know Texas is behind than NASBA states, but do they update scores on Saturdays or just during business days? I’ve never had a score that was released by NASBA states on a Friday so I’m not sure how it works, either Monday or on a Saturday? I took AUD this time.

Doing all this with a 2yr old and newborn to boot!!
    BEC - 64(2/2013), 75 πŸ™‚ 4/2013
    REG - 79 πŸ™‚ 7/2013
    AUD - 52(2/2013), 77 πŸ™‚ 8/2013
    FAR - 11/2013

Fingers crossed that Texas releases scores tomorrow!

I wouldn't count on it. That would be great, but I'm 99.9999% positive it'll be Wednesday. The morning after the day after the NASBA releases them is how it usually goes (Sundays not included).

    REG - PASSED
    BEC - PASSED
    AUD - PASSED
    FAR - PASSED

3 of my previous 4 score releases were the day after NASBA released. Of course, by typing this, I have probably jinxed the score release to be Wednesday.

The last score release for Texas was on Monday. NASBA released on Friday. Saturdays count, so that's two days after, not the day after.

I wish I was wrong, but I've gone through this enough times to be pretty positive that we're getting them on Wednesday morning. I hate the wait, too. πŸ™

Interestingly, I sat through the my firm's Ethics course recently, and the man who taught the class said that the TSBPA has >100 employees while some states' boards have as few as one employee. I think the fact that our state's board is well equipped with employees and can function somewhat independently is why they do their own diagnostic on the scores before releasing them to us. So really, the states that get their scores straight from NASBA get them because their states can't support their own score release.

I know the extra wait is TERRIBLE, but if you look at it from a different angle I guess it's actually a positive thing about Texas. As if we didn't already know how great Texas is. πŸ˜‰

What does that mean- they do their own diagnostic on the scores?

I have no idea. Maybe my terminology isn't exact. They validate each score themselves before they release them to us. I have no idea how.
