    Hey guys,

I applied for the CPA in Missouri a before I graduated so I had to send into NASBA my Certificate of Enrollment as well as my incomplete transcript at that time.

The issue is, I forgot to send in my final official transcript until TODAY, although I’ve already taken two sections of the exam, with another scheduled for the end of August.

Am I in any danger of having any of my scores VOIDED because of this misstep?

The following is the language that they have on their website that worries me:

” Examination scores will not be released, nor will you be permitted to take future examinations until CPAES receives the final official transcript.

Failure to successfully complete the courses and/or degree requirements as indicated on the Certificate of Enrollment will result in the examination score(s) being voided.

If the required final official transcript is not received, the application will be determined to be incomplete and you will not receive examination score(s), will not receive any credit for any Uniform CPA Examination section taken, and will not be permitted to take any future examinations and will be required to reapply as a First-time applicant.”

You can go here to read it (Towards the bottom):

Thanks for any input at all!!!

    Did you do this step?

“submit to CPAES a completed Certificate of Enrollment form. This form is evidence that you are currently enrolled and that all courses and graduation requirements will be completed no later than 60 days following the actual date you took the first test section. The form must be signed by an authorized official of the college and signed by the you.”

Yes I sent that in when I applied, but that was before I graduated or else they wouldnt have sent me an NTS, since I needed those credits on that form (the classes that would be completed within 60 days) to meet the CPA eligibilty requirements 🙂

I was in the same boat and already sent my final transcripts. I'm in WA, and the time frame can be found on the actual Certificate of Enrollment for my state. In WA at least, you have 210 days from the date you took your first examination to send final transcripts.

I looked at the Missouri Certificate of Enrollment and don't see an obvious stated due date for final transcripts. You sent your final transcripts today, correct? I would get on the phone and make sure that will be fine.

On a side note, were you able to get your scores? Myself and several of my classmates took the exams before graduation, and none of us had any trouble getting scores, even though they say you can't get them until final transcripts are sent in. Thank goodness! How awful would that have been?!

Well, it can't hurt to go on and send in the transcript. They will see when you finished your courses. It be even better to have the school send them.

    It begins with a 75
