Trouble Re-applying on website

    I’m having trouble re-applying to take the exam with the online system. I can log on and my past exams and scores are listed, but it’s asking me to re-enter all my info, including all my educational credit hours and dates. Am I doing this wrong? I wouldn’t think I’d have to do this each time I register. Thanks.
