    I have a question that isn’t exam specific. But does anyone know if the Texas state board of accountancy will accept course credit where a D was earned in the course?

    BEC 66, 83 2/27/16
    AUD 81 11/28/15

    As long as you received credit for the course, you're good to go. I would guess you received credit for the D?

    Like Aggie said, you will be fine as long as you received credit for passing the class. Last time I checked a “D” was a passing grade by most schools. Not pretty, but passing.

    CPA EXAM: DONE!!!!
    Ethics Course: Passed
    Application Mailed: 3/16/15
    Professional Conduct Exam: 97
    Certification Date: 4/2/15!!!

    Not necessarily. Some Grad programs consider anything below a C as failing. So I think it's worth your time to email them. Don't call. Get it on record.

    Mayo – I said “most schools.” If they received credit then it's passing, and no credit means failing. All they have to do is look at the transcript.

    For my students, anything below a C is failing. Most colleges and Universities are that way.

    @san4596,

    Yah I know. But thought I'd make the distinction, since it's an important one the OP should consider. No disagreement here πŸ™‚
