    Hello all,
I have seen various threads for processing time in “XX” state, but haven’t seen any for Texas. I passed my last exam in June. I just recently obtained the required work experience this week. I mailed the Application for issuance and all required documents on Tuesday. Has anyone applied recently and have an idea of approximately how long this will take? Hoping it’s not as long as some of these other states (NY, CA, etc.).

    Thanks in advance!
    Chandler

Right on @Paulb. Yeah I drank the water too- I still live and work in Lubbock as well.

Also @HDCPA, I can confirm the rules of professional conduct exam isn't bad. Did it in about 45 minutes with no studying and made a 100%. Just take your time while you're doing it, and it should be a breeze.

Looks like I've been locked out of the exam candidate website. Says invalid information when I try to log in. Anyone else? I'm assuming that means I'm not a “candidate” anymore and might get my license Friday (tomorrow).

@Kris10_i I was just about to ask you the same question. Lol. I think youre right. We have been converted from an exam candidate to a licensee so our control numbers aren't valid anymore. Hopefully we'll receive our license numbers tomorrow morning and we will be able to log in as a licensee.

    Congrats @Kris10_i and @DTXCPA!

Based on yall's timeline, I'm guessing I'm about a week out.

Fedex shows my application of issuance and all required forms were delivered to the board yesterday. Patiently waiting for them to go through everything. Seems Texas is pretty fast though. Congrats to all.

@HDCPA, they are pretty quick if you have everything in order, and they don't have any questions. I would say there is a chance you can get your license next week, and if not the week after for sure!.

@Chandler I think I should be with you getting the license this week! They received my packet/payment 10/1 and I passed the professional conduct exam last Friday morning. Fingers crossed!

Well looks like I've been locked out of my candidate account, so shouldn't be long now.
