Testing out of state

I live in Florida and I recently applied to sit for the exam in Florida. Apparently, they will need to review the syllabi from my Master’s program to determine if the courses I took will meet the requirements to sit for the exam. I know that I will have to take two of the required courses that are required by my state. My question is: would it be better to take the remaining courses that I need (hopefully only two) and then sit for the exam in Florida? Or should I sit for the exam in Georgia and then convert my Georgia CPA license to a Florida CPA license? How difficult is it to convert from one state to another? I should also mention that I am currently working in Accounts Receivable at a University, so there would be little to no cost for taking the missing courses (I think). I am motivated to start taking the exam, but I want to make the best decision. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of problem? I’d love to get some insight from others.

There is a fee for transferring scores/licenses from one state to another. You will have to contact them and ask what it is.

Just make sure the state's requirements are somewhat similar. I know the state I'm moving to WON'T accept any of my passing scores, but will accept a license from another state.

    FAR - 84
    AUD - 94
    REG - 86
    BEC - 86
