So I thought I read online that the scoring process was as follows:

AICPA grades then sends to NASBA

NASBA then electronically submits the scores to the State Boards.

Snail mail state board then sends them out to candidates.

However, when I called the Oregon State board on Friday they told me that NASBA doesn’t electronically send them scores. That they receive the scores from NASBA via FedEx.

So I am now confused…I knew that Oregon candidates received scores via snail mail….but I didn’t think the State Board received them via snail mail from NASBA?

Does anyone have any insight or opinion on this?

REG 71, 72, 78

I haven't seen anything yet either. I took FAR on the 25th, same day as duckmo took REG.

It's getting more ridiculous how long it's taking… but this is the first time waiting for my score… so I really don't know if they're taking longer than usual or what…

I was just planning on waiting for the letter to come. This is pretty standard waiting time. I think that all of my past scores came 7-10 days after they were released. So based on that, today was the first day I was even expecting them to come, hopefully by Friday for sure. If it got till next week, that would be a little longer than usual, which is really tough for me as this could be my last one.

Whenever I have tried to call, I get voicemail (just called a bit ago). I'll likely just wait for an email or snail mail…

They hadn't responded to my emails or voicemails so I've just been spamming their phone line.

Got my answer this morning… I passed!

i am out of state. have folks started to receive scores via snail mail? also @ unsure97, sorry about your disappointment. While it's understandable, you really shouldn't take it so hard. looks like it was your first test, so can't be too down on yourself

Just received my passing score email! Sorry to hear your news unsure! Hang in there though – I've received 2 failing scores – it can be VERY discouraging. But when you do receive that pass on the 2nd go round it will be great!

Side note for Uchils – my email indicated Oregon scores are being placed in the mail today by the OR Board.

@ duckmo – Did you have to sign up to get your score via email? I have always just got them through the mail and never in email.

Has anyone heard anything about our scores being released online this next testing window. If so, do we need to signup for it? They told me last December that their online licensing program was projected to be up and running in the middle of April.

I want to wear out my F-5 key too!
