I’m constantly checking my email and the Prometric website to see if any of the testing centers in the Chicago area are closing due to the weather. Most of the highways near the city are closed due to flooding, and my street is completely flooded. The rain doesn’t show any signs of stopping. I tried calling my testing center and nobody is picking up.

The only thing you can go is to keep trying to make contact with prometric since there is bad weather. I don't know what they will do about your appointment, but I am sure there is some where else to contact or go to National site to check for closings
