I have a “what to do next” question for CA candidates…

I have selected my sections from the Californial Board of Accountancy website.

My home page now says the ATT has been sent to NASBA.

I think I am just waiting on a payment coupon?

(when should I expect to see this? email or snailmail? or online through login???)

Then once I pay I wait for a NTS?

(when should I expect to see this? email or snailmail? or online through login???)

Maybe I am making this way more complicated.

@insiyah24 I re-applied last month and the whole process only took me about 9 days to get my NTS. It only said Step 4 for 2 days for me. You should call but it's possible they are really busy. The guy said that there are 3 employees that handle everything and they currently have 35,000 candidates in the exam process. Maybe there are just really backed up since this is the last time people can test before the new requirements kick in.

It says the same thing for me and I re-applied on September 10. In reviewing my past experience (since this is not my first time, doh!), it looks like it took a month the last time I did it. (that was in the beginning of the year)

I am definitely more anxious though since I am determined that this be my last testing window!

Good luck to everyone trying to beat out the new requirements of our greedy state….

I had to wait 2 weeks from the day I mailed $50 until I got an e-mail notification to choose my exams….so maybe give it one more week…

What happened later was weird, though – I chose my exams and was waiting for the payment coupon but it took way too long, so I went on NASBA website, chose the option to pay for my exams and used the code from my previous payment coupon and the charges for the other 2 exams were there! Just an FYI.
