Do I receive any congratulatory letter in the mail? What should be my next step? I’m currently not working and I believe WA requires a year experience to be licensed…

Also, I’m thinking to move to NY. What should be my next step in that case? Should I try to get licensed in NY if I’m planning to move there in less than a year??
