[Kodiak]

Historically it seems like Oregon is one of the last states to receive and send out scores.

I’m curious if anybody else is waiting for their Jan/Feb, wave 3 scores to be released? I tested in late February. I was thinking that we could consolidate any information we have on updates and communications with them.

I was thinking about calling later this afternoon to see what they say and I’ll post back in this thread.

I am from Oregon too, on average it has been taking 3-4 business days AFTER score release day for Kim to have the scores. So if they were released last Thursday she should have them Tues or Wed of this week. Good luck Kodiak!

Jennifer, thank you for posting that. I agree; it seems that on average it has been taking 3-4 business days AFTER score release day for Kim to have the scores.

If you took BEC, and are not in the Portland metro area, it may be Monday 3/18 before we see a letter in the mail box. 🙁 Sad. 🙁

patiently waiting. I found out last Thursday that Oregon was a snail mail state. I was pretty bummed. This means I'll be waiting an average of three and a half weeks between taking my tests and receiving scores– it's hard to study when I don't know if my system works.

Who's Kim and what's her number? Will she be able to report my score before I receive an envelope in the mail?

000ooo – She's released scores over the phone in the past. Hopefully they'll receive the scores here in the next few days and we'll know then. If they released them last week there may be a chance they'll receive them in the mail today? I'm not sure.

Does anyone know… after AICPA releases scores to NASBA (happened last week), does NASBA snail mail scores to Oregon? Some people are talking about a “BEC bubble”. Is that when BEC takes longer to score due to grading writing samples? {trying to wait patiently, but it's nice to talk about it a little.} 🙂

@ceepa, My understanding is that NASBA sends scores electronically to oregon BoA and they (BoA) send scores out via regular mail to candidates while providing scores over the phone if you contact them.

Anybody from Oregon, correct me if i'm wrong.

bwt, official score release is today, not last week (despite some people at some states got theirs early) and is still in progress.
