Anyone around take the Ohio Ethics Exam? Is it the “Fundamentals of Ohio Accountancy Law” presentation on the Ohio Society of CPAs website?

If that is in fact the correct exam, I notice it is also occasionally offered in person. Which one (online or in-person) did you do and why?

I took it early 2013, its nothing complex. I believe you can use the PDF file if they provide you with one. So the whole process is nothing to stress over. I think it took me under two hours or could have been a hour.

missjones513, I don't believe there is one specific “exam.” For Ohio, you have to complete a 3-credit course in professional standards and responsibilties. Here is the link to the Accountancy Board of Ohio's website with links to many providers that offer the required course: https://www.acc.ohio.gov/CPE/PSR.aspx

I presume most will have an exam or quiz at the end, but I do not know if there is a mandate to do or have a specific number of questions. If your course is on that list I think you are fine.
