Does NY recognize courses taken in the junior years of undergrad (intro/intermediate) or senior years of undergrad (intermediate to advance)?

I already have my 123 credit hours and need to take nine additional courses. Moreover, I have taken all the accounting courses that are available to me and was looking at some courses to take such as marketing, econ or finance.
